Lifestyle Changes

The past 18 months have been months of change for my daughter and me. As difficult as those changes were, looking back I can tell you the changes were much needed. We had been living a life that wasn’t our own.

Being Authentic

By Sara Orellana   In today’s world, it is hard to find an authentic person. It appears everyone is more worried about following the latest TikTok trend than being themselves.

Teaching Responsibilities

By Sara Orellana   As parents, there is a list of fundamental skills we want to teach our children. This list will vary slightly between families, but at the core, it is very similar.  As I started to teach my daughter responsibility, I realized I couldn’t teach it the way I had learned.
