LAWTON - Hallie Milner from Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs (OCPA) is the scheduled speaker for the Great Plains Republican Women meeting. The group will hold their regular monthly meeting and luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Prairie Bldg, Great Plains Coliseum - Fairgrounds, Lawton. OCPA is an independent think tank. More information can be found at www.ocpathink.org. Reservations are required for lunch which is 'dutch treat' and only $12 per person all-inclusive.
