Rep. Worthen to keynote 2nd annual Patriots in the Park

LAWTON – The Comanche County Republican Party will host its 2nd annual Patriots in the Park Saturday, July 9.  

State Rep. Rande Worthen (R-Lawton) will be the keynote speaker for the event which will be held at the Patriots Pavilion in Elmer Thomas Park (4th and Ferris).

Worthen has represented House District 64 since 2016.

He serves as chair over the Judiciary – Criminal Committee and was appointed to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules as well as the Elections and Ethics Committee. Worthen also serves on the Administrative Rules Committee, Appropriations and Budget Subcommittee on Judiciary as well as the State and Federal Redistricting Southwest Oklahoma Subcommittee.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the CCRP will provide hot dogs, drinks, chips, cookies. There will be games, some of our GOP candidates, and more, the organization announced.
All patriots are cordially invited and encouraged to attend the free event. Donations are not required, but greatly appreciated.
