Elgin hosted the Cyril Lady Pirates on senior night for the Lady Owls. The Lady Pirates looked to play party-wrecker early on, scoring two runs in the top of the first inning to take the early lead.
Cyril then stepped on the gas in the third inning scoring 10 runs to take a 12-0 lead. The only bright spot for the Lady Owls was the three hits sprinkled throughout the four innings by Endicott, Montoya and Kelly Langford.
Elgin dropped the contest to the Lady Pirates in run-rule fashion.
